Executive Director, Capital Markerts

The Executive Director, Capital Markets, plays a pivotal role in managing the Government of Alberta’s cash resources including financing and investment activities. As a member of the Treasury and Risk Management Division’s executive management team, the Executive Director will contribute to the development and execution of debt, short‑term investment, and cash management strategies that ensure the division meets its goals for prudently managing the Province’s cash and debt.

Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Treasury and Risk Management, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for developing and executing the borrowing program used to finance the province’s capital plan and provincial corporations.
