About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of FSTV through community outreach, service delivery, and realizing the goals of the current strategic plan. The ED is accountable for effective management of operations, including human resources, financial management, programs and services, and risk management, while fostering a strong, healthy and mission-driven organizational culture.
