Description
Executive Operations Analyst What you’ll do:
- Prepare executive analyses, dashboards, presentations, and reports to support strategic decision‑making. Analyze and synthesize data from multiple systems, transforming information into clear business insights using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate priority projects, executive meetings, action plans, travel logistics, and high‑level communications in a fast‑paced global environment. Support operational governance, follow‑up on commitments, and organizational priorities with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate in executive communications, events, and cross‑functional interactions across different regions and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI and systems/data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and business reporting.
