**Position Overview**

The Senior Sales Manager, ASEAN Expansion & Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading Autodesk’s expansion sales motion across the ASEAN region. This role leads a team of Account Executives (AE) and Business Development Representatives (BDR) focused on driving new business acquisition, customer expansion, and Autodesk platform standardization across assigned account portfolios.

A key focus of this role is to build and drive a strong hunter mindset and sales excellence culture across the organization. The successful candidate will transform the team toward proactive pipeline generation, strategic customer engagement, and disciplined sales execution. While partners remain a critical scaling mechanism for market coverage, this leader is expected to ensure Autodesk leads the sales motion, customer strategy, and expansion engagement directly.
