Expense Analyst (Bogotá)

Overview

We are looking to add a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and curious Expense Analyst to join Medtronic’s Employee Expense Management Team. This role is focused on delivering exceptional internal customer service while supporting finance operations.

As part of a Regional Finance team, you will support users across the globe. The role will be a flexwork model in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Own key Expense Management processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment application to corporate card providers (e.g., AMEX, Citibank, Bank of America).
• Act as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving payment issues, inquiries, and escalations.
• Analyze expense and payment data (e.g., SAP Concur, corporate card transactions) to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
