In this leading role, you will collaborate with physicians and lab staff while managing all aspects of laboratory testing. You will implement a comprehensive Quality Management System and take part in teaching programs at Queen’s University. Your expertise will enhance patient services through accurate biochemical testing and proactive consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Manage laboratory operations and continuous quality improvement
• Provide expert interpretation of biochemical results
• Collaborate on test development and clinical initiatives
• Supervise lab compliance and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Ph.D., medical degree, or equivalent qualifications
