Deliver exceptional support as an Experienced Customer Support Specialist for SaaS solutions. Tackle technical issues and provide training to ensure customer satisfaction in the Kamloops office.
This permanent full-time role requires you to assist clients through phone, chat, and email while diagnosing technical problems with software and related hardware. You'll maintain detailed records of interactions, provide training, and collaborate with the development team to solve complex issues. Additionally, you may support user testing and the revision of user manuals.
