As part of their First Nations Law Group, this role requires 7 to 12 years of legal experience and strong litigation skills in Federal Court. You will handle various legal challenges, including Treaty claims and governance support, while fostering collaboration and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Treaty and Aboriginal rights advocacy
• Manage Federal Court and appellate legal proceedings
• Consult on land claims and governance legal issues
• Assist in corporate and social services legal matters
• Advise Chief and Council on legal strategies
