You will oversee the operations of three acclaimed restaurants while contributing to staff training, menu planning, and maintaining top-notch service quality throughout campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations
• Create and manage daily work plans efficiently
• Oversee Maclab Bistro while collaborating with the team
• Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling
• Manage cleanliness and inventory effectively
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a managerial role within food services
• Degree in Hospitality Management an asset
• Knowledge of Alberta Serve Safe mandatory
