Experienced Goods-In Supervisor Role

A successful industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Goods-In Supervisor to manage the 6am to 2pm shift. You will oversee a team of 7 while ensuring health and safety protocols. This position also focuses on the adoption of WMS systems to optimize warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise goods-in shift management and performance
• Lead 7 direct reports to meet operational goals
• Maintain health and safety compliance within the warehouse
• Assist in the implementation of WMS (Blue Yonder)
• Foster initiatives for process enhancement
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in warehouse leadership, goods-in preferred
• Understanding of fast-moving or industrial goods operations
