This role seeks a candidate with 3–6 years of civil litigation expertise. You will collaborate with senior counsel on complex matters and manage files from initiation to resolution. Key skills required include mastery of the Rules of Civil Procedure and proficiency in drafting and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage litigation files from start to finish • Draft pleadings, motions, and applications • Conduct thorough legal research for cases • Attend discoveries, case conferences, and motions • Assist in preparing for hearings and trials
Requirements: • 3–6 years civil litigation experience required • Good standing member of the Ontario Law Society • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules • Excellent advocacy and drafting abilities • Ability to work independently under deadlines
