Become an Expert Benefits Consultant with People Corporation, focusing on Group Benefits for medium and large market clients. Drive sales results through consultative engagement and strategic solutions.
In this role, you’ll report to the VP of Business Development, aiming to build relationships with clients by identifying and qualifying new leads. You will manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing, while ensuring excellent post-sale client satisfaction through effective collaboration with the Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets for group benefits
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles with clients
• Analyze and present relevant client solutions
• Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities in the CRM
