Description

Become a Service Area Manager at Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) and help shape services for adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time role requires strong leadership and advocacy skills within the South Central Okanagan.
In this position, you will guide a team while overseeing budget management, program development, and community engagement. You'll play a vital role in promoting systemic change by negotiating with service providers and working toward reconciliation with Indigenous groups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a diverse team in service delivery
• Responsible for budget planning and accountability
• Enhance community awareness of CLBC services
• Negotiate with stakeholders for optimal service solutions
• Ensure compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent
