Facilities engineering engineer

Responsibilities:
Execute and adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring all routine and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by rigorously applying 5 S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times.
Collaborate with team members by providing technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance challenges.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or similar production environments.
