The Supervisor, Conversions oversees all facility changeovers, working directly under the Operations Manager. This position requires expertise in multi-use facility operations with a strong focus on developing custom operating procedures. You will lead a diverse team and ensure the efficient execution of event transitions and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate operating procedures for conversions
• Manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Lead part-time and contract conversion staff
• Inspect and troubleshoot operational efficiency
• Allocate resources within budgetary constraints
Requirements:
• High School or Technical School diploma
• 5+ years in a multi-use facility
