 The Facility Maintenance is responsible to maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair all HVAC equipment within the Department of National Defense facilities to achieve optimum life span of equipment.
 Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Perform monthly preventative maintenance as directed by the supervisor including:Perform site inspections (interior / exterior) and documentRespond to emergency trouble calls of a mechanical nature, and support other staff in their tasksSupport mechanical maintenance duties, including but not limited to:Minor repairsChange beltsReplace filtersSupport additional work requests, including small projectsCoordinate minor repairs includ...
