Facility Supervisor with Leadership Focus

Lead as a Facility Supervisor for Black & McDonald in the Southwest Ontario Region, where you'll focus on managing teams and ensuring compliance. Your leadership will drive operational success and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will report to the Facility Manager, coordinating staff and subcontractor activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. You'll implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards while monitoring budgets and managing critical project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate safety protocols through Toolbox Talks
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
• Review team performance and documentation compliance
• Maintain an organized Supervisor Logbook daily
• Address emergency situations swiftly using automated systems
