Factory Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production of wooden doors. You will manage shop-floor operations to meet deadlines while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Control: Schedule and supervise daily manufacturing to hit delivery targets.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect materials and finished doors for quality; enforce WSH safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate woodworking teams (carpenters/machine operators).
• Bilingual Liaison: Translate technical requirements and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
