Family Enrichment Worker (Full-time)

Job Summary

Catholic Social Services is seeking a full‑time (40 h/wk) Family Enrichment Worker in Lloydminster to join the Family Intervention team. You will provide client‑centered care, strengthen families, teach parenting and communication skills, support and transport children to family visitations, and document services accurately.

Qualifications

• A Diploma/Degree in Human Services (or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working with children and families is preferred
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is considered an asset
• In‑home family support experience is preferred
• Knowledge of addictions and mental health issues is considered an asset
• Valid First Aid/CPR is considered an asset
• Vulnerable Sector Check from local RCMP or city police detachment
• Child Intervention Record Check
