Family Law Clerk - Hybrid (Toronto) Job description Our client is a leading multi‑service firm based in Toronto and are looking for an experienced family law clerk to join their family group. The successful candidate will have 5+ years family law experience and take pride in their work and understand the importance of exceptional client service.
Your new role In this new role you will be responsible for drafting and preparing pleadings, correspondence, affidavits, motion materials, minutes of settlement, domestic contracts, conference briefs, disclosure briefs, Financial Statements, Net Family Property statements and related documents. You will also be tasked with calculating and reviewing financial information, being a liaison with clients and opposing counsel.
