Family Physician - Black Health & Wellness (part-time)

Position Title : Family Physician – Primary Care

Employment Status : Permanent Part Time (0.6 FTE – 0.7 FTE)

Hours of Work/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 21 – 24.5 hours a week (some evening work required)

Position Reports to : Manager, Black health & Wellness

Salary Range : $160.64 per hou r, plus Group Benefits & HOOPP

Primary Work Location : Oshawa (with flexibility to transition to/work at other DCHC sites as required).
