Located at the base of PKOLS (Mt. Douglas) of Blenkinsop Road, our site is surrounded by nature, yet only a short drive to downtown Victoria.

Seven Oaks is an Island Health-operated facility providing the most intensive level of support possible for adults with serious and persistent psychiatric conditions across Vancouver Island. Our 40-bed program provides assessment, stabilization and psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals living with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder.
