Key Responsibilities:
• Manage your own patient panel and provide primary care
• Cover inpatient and long-term care patients as needed
• Participate in ER shifts and other local healthcare services
• Engage in casual hallway consults for collaborative care
• Mentor and support newer physicians transitioning to practice
