Family Practitioners - Cowichan Primary Care Network (200-1577)

About the Role

The Cowichan Valley is seeking Family Practitioners to work with a team of practitioners and other health providers to collectively deliver care to patients in the Cowichan area. This position will provide regular primary care with a focus on Long Term Care.

In this position, the Family Practitioner will participate as a member of an inter‑professional team that will include Nurse Practitioners, other FPs, medical office assistants, registered nurses, and social workers.

The Family Practitioner can participate in an after‑hours call group, sharing after‑hours coverage with other practitioners.
