• Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development
• Coordinate planting and cultivating activities
• Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced‑till or no‑till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops
• Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
• Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
