About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our farm in Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating crop and/or livestock activities, and ensuring efficient, safe, and productive farm operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers
- Plan and monitor planting, cultivating, and harvesting schedules
- Oversee livestock care (if applicable), including feeding, health monitoring, and breeding
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and farm policies
- Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and staff performance
- Assist with budgeting and resource planning
