Field Business Manager

God is moving and preparing OMS fields for a great harvest through disciple making, church multiplication, and empowering churches to bless their communities. The goal of the Field Business Manager is to facilitate wise stewardship of field resources to empower OMS Missionaries and OMS partners to fulfill the Great Commission.

This role will not only develop best practices for stewardship in OMS ministries, but will also empower national partners through training, mentoring, and coaching to do the same and in turn empower other nationals, resulting in the multiplication of disciples in stewardship. This stewardship of Kingdom resources will support efforts of the One Mission Society ministry framework of multiplying disciples, churches, leaders, and missionaries.
