Field Engineer - Clean Energy Systems

Location: Montreal, Quebec

We’re working with a fast-growing clean energy startup developing next-generation residential energy systems that integrate solar, battery storage, EV charging, and intelligent energy management. They’re looking for a Field Engineer to play a critical role in supporting the expansion of their installer network across North America. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role focused on working directly with installers and partners in the field — helping bring advanced energy systems into real-world environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the growth of an installer network across Canada and the U.S.
• Deliver on-site training to new installation partners
• Provide technical support during installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Assist partners during early‑stage deployments and customer demonstrations
• Act as a technical point of contact for installers and channel partners
