Our Construction Phase Services group located in our Markham, Whitby, Toronto, and Mississauga offices is looking for a Field Office Administrator to work as part of a contract administration team on Highway / Road / Bridge construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Working safely and observing / working in conformance with GHD’s Behaviour-Based Safety culture;
- Assisting the Contract Administrator in the coordination of field duties and tasks by Quality Assurance Inspectors, specialists, and subconsultant staff;
- Completing day‑to‑day inspections of Highway / Road / Bridge projects in accordance with client terms of reference and manuals. Notifying supervisor of non‑conformances observed;
- Coordinating input from Quality Assurance Inspectors and the Contract Administrator to complete entries on payment certificates;
