Field Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

The Field Quality Specialist will work closely with our trade and retail accounts to provide quality audits, conduct product training, troubleshoot problem accounts and investigate job site installation/quality issues and recommend solutions. They will also implement data into the Central Quality ETQ system and drive root cause/corrective actions with plant quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Customer/Field Service experience, college or technical school preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills and a mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
• Must be flexible and be able to work independently
• Must be able to travel for jobsite visits within MX and have travel requirements for occasional team meetings in US
• Conversational English (Advanced)
• Preferred 3+ years’ experience in the plumbing industry or related field a pluse
