Join Xylem as a Field Service Technician Level 1 in Nisku, working remotely or on-site. You'll be responsible for project start-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting pumps and control panels.

You will ensure exceptional customer service through preventative maintenance and hands-on technical solutions. Basic training will be provided as you engage in problem-solving in practical settings, participating in our mission to address water challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and test submersible wastewater pumps
• Troubleshoot electrical control panels effectively
• Assist with start-ups and emergency repairs
• Maintain a service truck and industrial equipment
• Keep accurate records in the work order management system
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of technical work experience
