Field Service Technician, North Bay, ON, Full‑time, Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products on‑site within care facilities. You will support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions.

• Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities.
• Effectively promoting and selling Arjo service agreements and products.
• Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services.
• Instructing customer’s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.
• Assisting sales personnel in marketing all Arjo equipment (joint calls, in‑services, sales leads).
