Field Supervisor for Integrated Vegetation Management

In this full-time seasonal position, your role encompasses supervising IVM crew leads and managing critical administrative tasks such as maintenance records and payroll. Your hands-on involvement with crews will drive the efficiency and safety of daily operations while collaborating closely with the Project Manager for contract execution. You will also be responsible for logistical planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise IVM crew leads effectively
• Track production and payroll accurately
• Plan and manage daily logistics and inspections
• Support crews with daily operational activities
• Work with Project Manager on safety and budget compliance
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in Integrated Vegetation Management
