Pay Scale: $84,283 – $107,571 per annum (Based on a 35-hour week)

• Providing superior leadership through coaching, mentoring, change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinating activities of team members toward a unified objective, ensuring that resources (tools, staff, equipment, safety/materials, and training) are available to the team.
