Description
The Vendor Master Maintenance (VMM) will contribute to the day-to-day activities and special projects on the Vendor Master Maintenance team within the Sherwin-Williams Business Services (SBS) Department.
Act as point of contact for internal and external clients for questions related to vendor onboarding and maintenance.
Acts as SME for relevant supplier enablement related and content management functions.
Works closely with external Suppliers and Accounts Payables to enable suppliers and resolve issues related to transacting with suppliers in the P2P system.
Assist with onboarding of vendors on new payment program initiatives.
Validate and set up banking information for ACH and Wire vendor payments.
Support the team’s attainment of its annual goals while progressing toward its long-range strategic vision of company-wide support.
