Finance, Accounting and Payroll Recruiter at Stevenson & White We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our client’s small, dynamic team. In this role, you will lead financial operations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, payroll and benefits, reporting, audits, data management, and accounting system administration. You will communicate complex information clearly and provide excellent client service to staff, management, board members, auditors, funders, and vendors. You will manage competing priorities, support day‑to‑day requests, and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast‑paced organization. While you won’t have direct reports, you will guide, mentor, and provide oversight to the finance coordinator. You take ownership of processes, are analytical, communicative, adaptable, and personable, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats as an analyst, accountant, and business partner.
