RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements. Enables Monthly MISwith detailed analyses in a time bound manner. Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and Monthly Book closure. Handling Direct and Indirect Taxesand liaising with the Tax consultant. Key Team member to Handle the Budgeting Activity for the Entity. Handle Quarterly & Year End Statutory Audits. Uses Accounting software to record transactions& Ensures compliances with applicable GAAP. Provide periodic assistance withplant-related commercial operations, Bankingandinsurancematters. Liaising with the Legal Consultants andensure complianceswith all applicable laws in Mexico. Leading Process Automationfor the areas responsible. Assists Financial controllerfrom time to time.
