Finance Manager - Commercial (Mississauga)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for a well‑rounded finance qualified individual who can enhance operational excellence while delivering actionable insights to support business performance. Partnering closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders, you will help improve processes, strengthen reporting, and provide financial analysis that supports better commercial decision‑making. The role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track budgets, lead forecasts, and develop dashboards for customer benefits (Trade Spend).
• Support decision‑making with promotional deal analysis and customer P&L insights (Profitability Analysis).
