What will you do?

As Plant Controller, you will be a strategic finance leader responsible for the financial performance, control environment, and decision support for a $500M manufacturing plant. You will partner closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, cost discipline, capital efficiency, and operational excellence while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance.

Financial Leadership & Business Partnering Serves as the primary financial advisor to the Plant Manager and operations leadership team. Drives financial strategy to support continuous growth, capacity expansion, and productivity initiatives. Provides clear, actionable insights on cost drivers, margins, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption. Leads fact‑based decision making for pricing, sourcing, make‑vs‑buy, and capital allocation.
