Job Purpose
The Finance Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making through detailed cost analysis, ERP system maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is responsible for product costing, yield and efficiency tracking, and financial reporting across various business areas. It involves analyzing market opportunities, supporting daily hog settlement, and accounting functions. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance financial performance and reporting accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and participate in the maintenance and strategy of our ERP system
- Maintain all aspects of product costing including cost card variable analysis and optimization; reviewing market and production costs
- Liaise with the Product Management and Industrial Engineering teams on product cost optimization opportunities
