Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Support
• Maintain knowledge of the full accounting cycle
• Provide backup support for AP, AR, and bookkeeping functions
• Assist with month-end and financial reporting
• Ensure financial data integrity across systems
2. Cost Analysis & Business Insights
• Analyze job costing, labour costs, equipment costs, and operational expenses
• Identify efficiency opportunities across divisions
• Support leadership with data-driven decision making
• Build financial and operational reports
