Description
As a Finance Specialist, you will be a key member of the Business Analysis & Planning (BAP) team and Commercial Finance. You will be supporting Industrial Automation FP&A and Commercial Finance; responsible to act as partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive business performance, ensure financial rigor, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.
You will also play a critical role in driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across financial processes, supporting the organization’s focus on speed and accuracy.
+ Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly financial reporting and analysis.
+ Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial reporting and insights: Orders, Revenue, P&L, Margins, Working Capital, etc.
+ Support **Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Short Range Outlook** **(SRO)** processes
+ Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting business performance
