The Finance Strategist / Grant & Planning Lead plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s financial sustainability and long‑term growth. This position focuses on grant research, funding strategy, financial planning, and program budgeting, helping ensure that initiatives are well‑funded and aligned with the organization’s mission.

Working closely with leadership, this role supports the development of strategic plans, identifies funding opportunities, and helps build a strong financial foundation for current and future programs.
