Finance Supervisor

This position is critical to maintaining internal controls (CP&P) and ensuring timely financial reporting (US/MEX GAAP). The role allows the Finance Manager to focus on strategic oversight while the Supervisor manages daily operations, VAT returns, and audit requirements with KPMG/Deloitte, preventing bottlenecks in productivity.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Overseas accounting in multiple currencies, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, MEXGAAP, and corporate CP&P policies.
• Tax & Statutory Oversight: Manages federal tax obligations, social security requirements, and preparation of documentation for statutory and internal audits.
• Operational Leadership: Supervises the GFS-CR group, managing personnel to ensure all monthly and annual closing activities are completed on schedule.
• Internal Controls: Reviews financial information and internal controls while enforcing corporate ethics and travel expense policies.
