Finance Supervisor

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Finance Supervisor.What you'll do- The position is responsible for day‐to‐day Finance Operations activities such as costing, budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Preparation and analysis of weekly payroll projections, including participation in forecast and annual Profit Plan processes.
- Coordinate and perform variance analysis of forecast, WOR, month‐end closing, and Profit Plant.
- Provide advice on key business and finance decisions around day‐to‐day activities at the plant to the Plant Finance Manager or Leadership.
- Drive productivity and efficiency of the plant through analytical insights and provide actionable solutions to performance gaps.
- Identify and communicate any R&O to the Plant Finance Manager and Leadership.
- Act as the Finance business partner to Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to deliver products safely, efficiently and effectively.
