Under the supervision of the Business Officer, the Financial Administrator is responsible for a variety of finance and accounting assignments for the Department of Historical and Cultural Studies and the Department of Philosophy. Responsibilities include completion and/or audit of all expense reimbursements and invoices, and reconciliation of FIS accounts, timesheet collection and verification for casuals and work-study for payroll processing, monthly Statement of Accounts, P‑Card statements, ensuring compliance with University ’s financial guidelines and procedures.
