Financial Analyst

Our Calgary-based client is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Financial Analyst to transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance. This role is central to bridging the gap between data and direction, enabling leadership to better understand performance drivers and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will analyze financial results, forecasts, and key operational metrics to uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and explain the why behind business performance. This includes evaluating pipeline conversion rates, operational efficiency, and overall business outcomes, then translating findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready insights.
