Financial Analyst / Fixed Assets

The Financial Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate control and recording of fixed assets, general accounting activities, freight costs, and capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking. This role supports financial integrity, compliance with internal policies, and timely reporting for decision‑making.

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records
• Process asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation
• Prepare and record journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Monitor and analyze freight expenses and validate vendor invoices
• Track capital projects and monitor budget vs actual spending
