Job Description
The Financial Analyst (FA) will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial analysis to support corporate accounting, construction and development, and special projects.
In addition, the FA will support financial planning and forecasting processes, perform detailed cost and variance analyses, and support monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities. The FA will need to translate the analyses into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making at all levels within the organization.
The FA will work on, but may also be required to take ownership of, various special projects such as process improvement initiatives and financial system enhancements.
