Financial Controller

The Finance Controller ensures accurate financial reporting for the Thailand legal entity in compliance with Goodyear policies, US and local GAAP, while maintaining strong internal controls. The role supports business partnering with management by providing financial insights for strategic decisions and expansion initiatives, and ensures consistent accounting and control practices. It also oversees quarterly financial statement preparation for external audit and approval by the Board and shareholders.

**What You'll Do**

+ You will coordinate with Controlling, functional teams, and GBS Manila to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close, analysis, and legal entity reporting.
+ You will oversee statutory books and US GAAP reporting, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and accounting standards.
